By purchasing or using SeoPro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase the product.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use SeoPro on your own server or hosting environment, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software files or source code publicly
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the product for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws

All payments are processed through DigiStore24 or its connected checkout providers. By purchasing, you agree to applicable payment processing terms. All sales are final for digital products unless required otherwise by law.

Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please review the product description before purchasing. If you experience delivery or access issues, support is available to help.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital software package, including the source code and installation documentation. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of purchased files where applicable.

We provide email support for order, delivery, installation, and access issues related to the Software product. Support response times may vary.

We may release updated versions of the Software from time to time. Availability of updates is at our discretion unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party delivery or checkout systems.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

All intellectual property rights in SeoPro, including text, structure, branding, and related assets, are owned by us or our licensors. You acquire no rights except as expressly granted in these Terms.

SeoPro sales and delivery may rely on third-party services such as DigiStore24, payment gateways, email providers, and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

We reserve the right to terminate access rights if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete any unauthorized copies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
